We are delighted to announce the arrival of a new range from Michelle Mone, creator of Ultimo called Bra Queen.

The face of Bra Queen is reality star Amy Childs. We caught up with Amy last week and asked a couple of questions….

Who is your style icon?

Cheryl Cole or Tulisa

What’s your perfect outfit for a night out?

A sexy dress and high heels.

Name five things you can’t live without?

My mum, fake tan, eyelashes, my dogs, lip gloss.

If you could own one iconic dress from history what would it be?

Marilyn Monroe classic white dress.

Top beauty tip?

Use a small brush and draw a v in your cupids bow with bronzer. It makes your lips look amazing!

What one item in your wardrobe could you not live without?

High Heels, I do not have any flat shoes.

What’s your favorite item of clothing you’ve bought this autumn/winter?

My fur coat from Deborah’s in Essex.

Which celebrity’s wardrobe would you raid?

Cheryl Cole- I loved all her X-Factor outfits – she has some amazing stuff!

If you were invisible for a day what would you do?

I would go into Buckingham Palace to see what the royal family live like, probably give the Queen a spray tan in her sleep.

Thanks Amy!!!

By Rochelle Symons in Clothing at Tesco loves on Friday 28th October, 2011

Ellie And

Happy Friday everyone! This week has rushed past, but luckily we have managed to squeeze in a bit of time to catch up with our favourite blogs. This time, we thought we’d share with you a fantastic blog called Ellie and.

The blogs creator, Danni has a great eye for fashion and has a fab vintage look. We love her entire outfit in her post: Well Boo Hoo , which has really got us thinking about some great 50’s inspired combos.  One of the things we really like about her outfit posts is the wonderful jewellery she always wears – just check out this splendid key necklace in her most recent post.

Not only does Danni put together some fab outfits, she can also whip up some very tasty looking treats. These cookies look absolutely delicious and our mouths are watering just looking them.

It’s truly a great blog with heaps of inspiration! Be sure to check it out, and as ever, be sure to follow her on Twitter.

Blogspot: Our Favourite Blogger Outfits for October!

By saraferrity in Blogspot on Wednesday 26th October, 2011

Clothing at Tesco has been all over the blogosphere recently! Apparently the online fashion community are loving our purse-friendly style! Here’s a collection of my favourite looks…

 Jazzabelle's Diary

Meet Jazmine from Jazzabelle’s Diary! It’s been an exciting year for our fashionable friend who was not only shortlisted for the Cosmo Blog Awards but landed a job as a freelance stylist! I love how she has worked the heritage trend with our lush F&F houndstooth coat and added a feminine twist with my favourite colour of the season-plum! Why not check out the rest of our online coat selection to recreate the look?

 Dress Junkie

I’ve found a fellow Northern Irish clothes addict in Arlene from dressjunkie. A yummy mummy who knows how to combine style and practicality to look great all year round! Check out the amazing scarf she found at Tesco-why not recreate this cute winter look with your very own by teaming it with an all-black outfit like the lovely Arlene!

 Silhouette Skies

Natasha from Silhouette Skies is as thrifty as she is stylish! Look how she has recycled her spring/summer wardrobe for the current season with a cosy knit! Want to get your hands on those fab F&F patent loafers? You’re in luck, they are still on the site!

Hi Fashion

Sherin combines her love of fashion and music in her fantastic blog HiFashion. She must have been listening to something really upbeat when deciding to wear our amazing orange dress to no less than Fashion Week! Her confidence really shines through in this bright statement dress and I love how she has teamed with simple black shoes to avoid colour overkill!

 Cherry Humbug

Last but by no means least, check out Katie from Cherry Humbug’s site. Not only does she offer great styling advice but posts handy tutorials on hair and make-up too! How adorable is her camel F&F Deer Print Sweater?

To all my fellow bloggers out there, we love seeing how you guys rock the F&F brand so get in touch and share your style with the nation!

Have you seen our new Proskins range?

By saraferrity in News on Thursday 20th October, 2011

Proskins Slim

We’ve all heard of the term ‘lazy summer’, but personally I think my winters are less productive! As soon as the temperature drops I just want to make like a bear and hibernate, which unfortunately leads to a slightly wobblier version of me come summer.

So imagine my delight when I heard about Proskins Slim – leggings that can help reduce cellulite without the use of surgery or creams. Having specialised in technical sportswear for years, Proskins are made from a micro-encapsulated yarn that is shown to be effective at slimming, defining the waistline, and reducing thigh measurements by up to 2cm!

And don’t just take my word for it! Former X-Factor judge Danni Minogue has sung her praises about the range, by tweeting:

‘My Style Tip. Try Proskins Caffeine-infused compression wear for reducing cellulite when you can’t exercise. Perfect for long flights.’

There is something in the Proskins range for everyone, and I certainly know what I’ll be looking for in my Christmas stocking!

You can shop the range here: http://bit.ly/mQh6m4 – and be quick, they’re proving very popular!

New Season Boots

By saraferrity in Accessorizes, Top Picks on Wednesday 19th October, 2011

A winter wardrobe wouldn’t be complete without a great pair of boots…or four! The F&F clothing team have come together to bring you guys some of our favourite styles.

The Middleton sisters have made sure that the knee high boot is a key player this season. This black suedette pair are so versatile and look just as good paired with a dress for evening as they do tucked into jeans for a sophisticated day-time look.

Celebrate a trend that mixes style and comfort and check out our fabulous biker boots. Toughen up a delicate dress or pair with skinnies to add a dose of attitude to your wardrobe. I love them so much I think I  might buy them in black as well!

Your toes might be warm but you’ll be looking extremely cool in these great faux shearling boots. Ideal for dashing about in style; these soft boots will work well with anything from jeans to a dress and cable-knit tights. You’ll never want to take them off!

Finally these cute ankle boots are a great investment that you can wear again and again. Brave the cold or wait for Spring and wear with bare legs or pair with colourful tights for an easy and cosy way to brighten up your winter wardrobe.

As seen on TV…Goks Fashion Fix

By saraferrity in Celebrity on Wednesday 19th October, 2011

Our fabulous F&F fashions have been hitting your TV screens again. This week saw two of our current F&F womenswear pieces on the ever-popular Channel 4’s Gok’s Fashion Fix.

Our favourite style guru, Gok Wan, selected the F&F grey flannel waistcoat (£16) and our figure-flattering F&F Women’s Peg Trousers (£18), and styled them together with a white shirt and braces to embrace this season’s androgynous look. This outfit went head-to-head down Gok’s catwalk as his key ‘look for less’, and of course this F&F outfit was voted favourite by the public, over a more expensive similar look.

These featured items are still available online, so be quick to click and get your fashion fix today…

1) F&F Flannel Waistcoat, £16.00

2) F&F Peg Trousers, £18

Our accessory picks for A/W11!

By saraferrity in Accessorizes, Top Picks, Trends on Wednesday 19th October, 2011

It’s no secret that accessories can make or break an outfit, but also come in especially handy for the upcoming chilly season! Here at F&F HQ, we love nothing more than to discuss which accessories work with a particular outfit, so be sure to check out some of our absolute favourites for this season below!

Scarves

F&F Geometric Print Silky Square Scarf – £6, F&F Abstract Print Silky Scarf – £6, F&F Chunky Knit Tassel Scarf – £10

Scarves can be a great finishing touch to any outfit, and are a great way to add that extra warmth in the colder months! Be sure to match your scarf to the occasion however – thicker knitted scarves look fab paired with skinny jeans for an everyday look, whilst thinner printed scarves are the perfect addition to any formal outfit!

Bags

F&F Pleated Mini Tote Bag – £12.50, F&F Satchel Tote – £14, F&F Patent Work Bag – £10

Every woman needs a trusty bag to carry all of the essentials, but finding that perfect one can sometimes be a chore. I personally think that it’s important to have a range of bags – from a glam clutch to wear with ‘that’ new dress, to a roomy handbag for those days when I have to chuck it all in! Vintage styled bags are definitely key pieces this season, and look great worn with a quilted jacket and dark skinny jeans.

Jewellery

Lisa Butcher For Made Maridadi Necklace – £15, Majique Gold Tone and Turquoise Ring – £6, Majique Coloured Cuff – £10

This season, be sure to turn heads with statement jewellery! Gold is a key colour, and a glam way to add warmth to any outfit. Also keep an eye out for chunky jewellery, as this is bang on trend and will effortlessly make an impact by drawing attention to your outfit!

Hats

F&F Floppy Hat – £12, F&F Knitted Beanie With Ears – £5, F&F Cable Knit Headband – £4

More often times than not, when I find that when my outfit doesn’t quite look right, it’s usually because I’m missing the perfect hat! There really is a hat to suit any trend, from gorgeous 70’s inspired volume of a floppy hat to a simple cable knit headband that would look great with a leather jacket for an edgy look. My personal favourite however, is this F&F Knitted Beanie with ears, which is a great way to throw in a bit of quirkiness into your everyday outfit!

By Rochelle Symons in Clothing at Tesco loves on Friday 14th October, 2011

Happy Friday everyone! We hope you have had a fab week; we’ve been super busy, but have still had time to catch up with some of our favourite blogs. This week we want to share ‘All These Pretty Things’, a wonderful blog written by Faye.

Faye has a gorgeous sense of style and definitely knows how to put a great outfit together. We really love this blue floral skirt in her most recent post and to top it off, she even made the skirt herself! We’re also particularly fond of her post on autumn style, which got us thinking about some great natural colour outfits for this season.

We love checking this blog, as there is always something a little different to see, and some great fashion tips. Faye is very talented and even has a section of her blog dedicated to DIY fashion & scrummy recipes.

Be sure to add her blog to your reading list, oh and don’t forget to follow her on Twitter.
