Happy Friday ladies!
We are well into September now; the year just seems to be going so fast! However, it is that wonderful time of the week where we can tune out of everything going on around us, get a cup of tea and relax as we share this week’s blog of the week, and it could only be The Only Way Is Toni.
Toni is as much a fan of F&F as we are of her, showing that Plus Size clothes look just as fabulous and fashionable as regular ranges and that people should be celebrating their curves… we totally agree! We are inspired by her energy as she’s always doing new and wonderful things, from helping to arrange a Plus Size blogger event, taking part in the feedback for the new Plus Size range at Tesco to showing us her fabulous outfits of the day.
Supporting affordable fashion, Toni gave us access to her wardrobe in August 2011 and started showing everyone how to accessorize a variety of styles ensuring every detail is covered from top to toe! A true F&F Queen, Toni has even run some competitions giving away Clothing at Tesco vouchers which has generated such a buzz on twitter! This lady has a chic personal style and its fair to say we are incredibly jealous of her growing wardrobe!
You can keep track of Toni’s new purchases on twitter by following her @TheonlywayisT.
We know that Gunamuna’s Gunapod baby blankets are the bees knees but it’s great when someone else recognises it too. We’ve had a lovely review from Emma who writes Me, The Man & The Baby and has recently welcomed gorgeous baby Dylan into the family. Emma’s review made us feel very warm and glowy so we wanted to share it with you too. If you’re thinking about buying a baby blanket for a little one on the way (or already here), or are after the perfect gift for a mummy to-be then read this first and check out why a Gunapod is becoming the new essential for newborns….
I got sent a gunamuna gunapod when I was pregnant from the guys at Clothing at Tesco to review with Dylan for when he finally made his appearance. Now we’ve pretty much had good weather since he was born, thankfully the sun waited until I had given birth as I don’t know if I could of coped with this sun and a pregnancy. My poor sister in law who’s due to pop next month has pretty much spent the last couple of months sweltering and dealing with swollen feet. It’s ok because apparently the weather is meant to change over this weekend, so we might be using more of our gunapod.
We got to use it the other day when we decided to take a trip to the park and the weather was a little breezy and Dylan just needed that extra layer. It’s a soft 1.6 tog fleece so not quite as heavy as a 2.5 tog. He looked quite happy to be in and fell asleep wearing it, I found the fact I could open it up without waking him quite handy when I got him home as it was warmer indoors. I personally love how soft it feels and cant help but to give him extra cuddles when he’s wearing it.
There’s so many ways the gunapod can be worn, it’s the first wearable blanket that does everything you need. You can unzip the bottom easily to change a nappy or to let the feet breathe, you can unsnap the top getting to his/top, you can remove the entire front so you don’t have to wake them up to put it on. Check out this video to see this for yourself.
It’s available online for £20.00 and comes in a choice of 3 colours - cream, brown & pink.

All this yo-yo weather is playing havoc with our summer wardrobes – one minute we’re getting out the summer dresses, the next we’re reaching for our woolly cardigans! We’ve been searching for style inspiration from the blogosphere, and after meeting blogger Rachel at Plus North we’ve been pouring over her lovely blog, A Dress is for Life!
Dress-lover Rachel opened the doors of her wardrobe in April 2012 to show off her retro-tastic looks. Rachel is the curvy Queen of looking great without spending a fortune, and knows exactly how to accessorize an outfit to perfection.
This lady has an incredible collection of dresses, and it’s fair to say we’re more than a little bit jealous! We love the way she adds little touches to create a vintage feel, like this cute silk headscarf and the cute crochet hat she wore to the Plus North event recently – it looks fabulous with her Clothing at Tesco dress!

Happy Friday everyone!
Happy Friday, everyone! It’s the end of the month, and that means payday! To get you ready for a shopping-filled weekend, we’re featuring another one of our favourite fashion bloggers. This week, we’re giving some love to the fabulous blog, Feed Me Clothes.
Feed Me Clothes offers up bite-sized morsels of the latest looks, and it also translates the best from the runway into beautiful styles that you can wear every day. The stunning photo matchings leave us craving more. The most brilliant feature of the blog is how often voucher codes are featured, meaning that you don’t have to wait until the end of the month to buy what you want.
And for dessert: Feed Me Clothes offers a payday treat from Tesco.
Craving more? One click and you’ll be devouring the posts as quickly as we are on Twitter.
It’s been a while since we’ve profiled one of our favourite mummy blogs, and we think there is no better time than the present, especially as there is currently 20% off Schoolwear on the site! And we’ve got a great blog lined up for you this week called Jo Beaufoix, written by fabulous mummy Jo.
We’ve been avid followers of her blog for quite some time now, and Jo certainly has a knack for bringing a smile to your face! We’re big fans of her amusing anecdotes from everyday life as a parent – especially ‘Just showing off really…’, a post where she rightfully proclaims herself the Queen of Flatpack, and ‘The Great Fire of Learning’ where her daughter creates an artistic masterpiece before her eyes.
Jo touches upon topics that all parents can relate to, so be sure to check out her blog for an interesting read!

Friday again, and time for us to pass some love over to our favourite blog of the week! This week we’ve been reading LLYMLRS, written by fabulous blogger Lily, who we had the pleasure of meeting recently at our A/W11 Press Day!
We love Lily’s knack for classic style, and all of her outfits are right on trend and really well thought out. She’s definitely a girl with a love for dresses and she can pull off almost any style, from maxis to minis, and prints to pleats – you name it! She also uses colour like a pro – and we’ve completely fallen for the gorgeous neutral palette of this outfit!
We also really like Lily’s personable approach to her blog, and she always gives her readers a little snippet of her latest goings on – be sure to check out her ‘Sunday Portrait Week’ series of posts to keep up!
There’s heaps of outfit inspiration to choose from courtesy of Lily, so be sure to check her out especially with summer right around the corner…

The end of the working week is here once again, and we’re all geared up to enjoy the last Friday before two bank holidays! This week, we’ve been reading Catherine’s brilliant Baby Genie blog, all about her adventures with her husband and son.
Her lovely, friendly tone makes for a really easy to read blog, and she talks about all sorts of parenting issues, from picking primary schools to finding child-friendly restaurants and the dreaded realms of potty training! Baby Genie also offers useful, honest product reviews of a whole manner of baby and kid’s products – Catherine’s favourite and highest-rated picks are rewarded with the “Baby Genie Loves” stamp.
There’s even some displays of creative genius – check out these adorable Easter baskets and this fearsome clay dinosaur! All in all, it’s a great blog for any mums with toddlers looking for some advice and ideas from someone who knows what it’s really like.

Happy Friday! x
This week, we’ve been reading Magpie Girl, written by Vicki – a girl who has filled our week with a lot of style inspiration!
She’s got a strong sense of her personal style, and has a sharp eye for transforming the best pieces from the high street into a series of must have outfits! Be sure to check out the way she’s worked our F&F Couture dress into a more casual daytime look.
We’re especially fond of the photography on her site as she picks some stunning backdrops for her shots, and the dream-like vintage effects complement her outfits and personal style perfectly. Our favourites include Raindrops and Sprinkles, where she frolics around in a snowy wonderland, and Mixing Materials, which sees her set amongst beautiful fallen leaves.

We’ve got an inkling that 2011 is going to be a great year for blogging! And to kick the year off in good stead, we’ve been reading Dreaming Spires and Old Car Tyres, a fashion blog written by student MJ.
Her sense of style strikes a brilliant balance that we love – quirky whilst also simplistic and aesthetically mindful. We’re particularly envious of her hard earned vintage finds, including this beautiful oversized scarf and our particular fave, a vintage Harrods camel coat bought for the purse pleasing price of four pounds! Also, be sure to check out her top tips for charity shopping to grab yourself a vintage bargain of your own.
However, MJ doesn’t simply stop there. In the true spirit of experimentation, she fully embraces making things her own – be it a fab bumbag belt made from an old leather jacket, right through to a makeshift hoodie made using a scarf and a belt!
