Our Lorraine and Prima award nominations!

By Rochelle Symons in News on Tuesday 17th May, 2011

We've been nominated for Lorraine and Prima Awards!

We’re completely over the moon at being nominated in the ‘Best Affordable Fashion’ category of the Lorraine High Street Fashion Awards 2011, and in five categories at the Prima High Street Fashion Awards including ‘High Street Retailer of the Year’, ‘Value for Money’, ‘Supermarket Range’, ‘Online Retailer’ and ‘Everyday Wear’!

It’s been a whirlwind year here at F&F, with highlights ranging from the introduction of the F&F Couture range, right through to our sponsorship of London Fashion Week and Mark Fast’s A/W collection! Growing our F&F Limited Edition and F&F Trend ranges have really helped us to provide you with styles that are bang on trend, and the arrival of new boutique brands such as Amy’s of Paris and 18 AND EAST mean there really is something for everyone!

However, this wouldn’t be possible without the support of our loyal fans, so please let me take this opportunity to thank you all! We value all the feedback that you’ve given us, and it has really helped us to progress as a fashion retailer. We love hearing from our fans, so please don’t forget you can always get in contact with us through Facebook, Twitter or leaving a comment below!

But now we need your vote! If F&F has become your first stop for affordable fashion, please take a few moments to vote for us at www.itv.com/lorraine and http://bit.ly/gvCVmI to help us on our way to this fabulous award!

Thank you all again, and happy shopping!

Clothing at Tesco loves…SBV

SBV

The sun is out and it’s put us all in a great mood, so it’s time to spread some love out to the blogosphere once again! This week, we’ve been pondering the wonderful Sbv, written by Sarah, whose fabulous blog proves that high street can be just as stylish as designer.

Sarah pulls together great looks using really wearable items, like this cute checked dress and this gorgeous polka dot number, making the most of the bargains to be found on the Great British high street. We also have to say, we’re very jealous of her extensive make-up box – all those eyeliners!

But this multi-talented lady doesn’t only know fashion, she also knows a thing or two about cooking – check out this collection of recipes for mouthwatering sweet treats which we can’t wait to try out. And as if that wasn’t enough, she makes her own jewellery, which can be found here on Etsy – gorgeous!

Be sure to have a browse through her posts, and make sure you follow her on Twitter too!

Happy Friday!
